Upcoming trainings

Peer Support Foundational Training

Regional First Responder Peer Support Training for all first responders: police, fire/ems, dispatch, corrections officers and air care. Developed and presented  by the Cincinnati Police Wellness Program, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office of Wellness and the Tri-State Peer Support Team.

Start a team or grow your current team

This training is for all departments, whether you have an established team of peers, or are just developing your team. The training is taught by experienced clinicians and trained peer supporters from law enforcement and fire departments. 


Course Content includes:

  • Science of Stress
  • Building your team
  • Ethics and Boundaries
  • Active Listening
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Family Stress
  • Resilience and Recovery
  • Understand the local resources and how to access them
  • Network with other peer support and wellness teams
  • Learn how to start a team

Classes are limited to 25 first responders.
